ALLSCAFF operates from 4 locations – London Bristol Manchester & Hastings , the main supply depots are located in Gravesend & Newport , South Wales.

Project Management Teams

Every project will be over seen by a senior team member and the team will consist of:-

  • Contracts Manager
  • Qs / Commercial Manager
  • H&S Manager
  • Office Admin Support
  • Site Based SSSTS or SMSTS Black Hat

Every site will be allocated a Working / Non working manager who will oversee the scaffolding team , this staff member is usually an experienced scaffolder who has some commercial ability on site and resume all day to day site management of our staff and liason with contractor management at a site based level.

Scaffolding Operatives

Currently employing 100+ operative all of which are CISRS registered at either COTS , TRAINEE , SCAFFOLDER or ADVANCED Qualifications , all staff records are kept up to date at Head Office and all ongoing training , re certification is monitored ongoing

Scaffolding Foremen will be trained to SMSTS or SSSTS certification (Black Hats)

Numerous other qualifications are also present amongst the teams of operatives such as :

  • RISQS
  • Asbestos
  • Awareness
  • Slinging
  • PASMA
  • Banksman

Design Capabilities

In 2018 Allscaff set up its own design engineering practice , due the large amount of inaccurate and poor designs produced externally and quality , delay and H&S issues experienced on site the only logical way forward was to recruit 3 Highly Experienced Engineers so we can produce all drawings and designs internally giving us a competitive edge and enabling us to Engineer out and problems that come up on active sites and day to day challenges experienced with in the environments we work in , Designers are Based in Manchester and London Depots , CAT 3 checks are carried out externally as required.

H&S Capabilities

ALLSCAFF has two dedicated Nebosh trained H&S proffesionals that visit sites weekly to carry out internal audits and any H&S issues as they arise , we currently report ZERO on all statistical figures and enjoy an excellent relationship with Clients due to our excellent internal training and staff monitoring carried out.

DEPOTS

ALLSCAFF main Stock & Transport depots are located in Newport South Wales and London.

Both depots are complemented with Lay Down areas in Manchester and Hastings , We run our own Transport company within this organisation that services all the projects with materials as and when required , delivery requested by 2pm will normally receive transport for 8am the following morning regardless of location.

All vehicles are trackered enabling us to deliver precise timings and to keep a track of our assets and staff turn up times and productivity , all vehicles are LEZ compliant and we are a FORS registered operator , the transport manager over sees all driver compliance issues and all driver cpc and digi tach requirements , the company uses internally employed mechanics to oversee its transport fleet and as at 2018 the main company fleet consists of:-

  • 2 x 44 Ton Tractor Units With 40 Ton Cranes
  • 10 x Trailers
  • 2 x 44 Ton Tractor Units
  • 2 x 18 Ton Flatbed
  • 3 x 7.5 Ton Flatbed
  • 5 x 3.5 Ton Dropside
  • 28 x Small Vans
  • 18 x Cars / Crew Vans

STOCK / ASSETS

A comprehensive stock is held of tubular and system scaffold materials , the vast majority of which is sourced direct from the manufacturer and manufactured with our identity brand upon it “ALLSCAFF” , Both depots have an ongoing materials inspection policy which sees all returns from site or new purchases visually inspected and re processed and stacked ready for re delivery to site.

Stocks are managed using internal computer systems that enable sites to book materials and for management to view materials available across both yards , all materials are painted with our security colours and marked with the company details , we hold ready stocks of such other items needed for us to deliver the works on site , we also employ 2 welder fabricators to manufacture any unique items required or to repair existing stocks both yards operate two shifts to enable constant round the clock loading and unloading.
